Your registration is valid for one year but only whilst your pet is abroad. Your pet is not covered on the journey to the continent. However if you were to lose your pet but have to return to Britain your pets cover would continue. Should it be found after you had returned to Britain Petsafe would automatically contact you and arrange care giving you time to collect your pet. The insurance cover is only valid once you have reported your pet missing to Petsafe. We regret but refunds will not be given should you cancel your holiday however we can change the date of registration to give you cover at a later date.
