Friary Manor is a family run Country House Hotel set in secluded countryside in the Rame Peninsula. Part of the house is 12th while the main structure is 17th and previously occupiedby vicars of the nearby Maker Church.
Kingsand and Cawsand, twin smuggling villages are a short walk away as is Mount Edgecombe House and Country Park.
Although secluded, Friary Manor is not isolated. By the entrance to Mount Edgecumbe is the Cremyll passenger ferry providing a regular service across Plymouth Sound to drakes Historic naval City.
We offer a warm welcome to our guests including children and well-behaved dogs.
Our rooms include doubles with four-poster beds, family rooms sleeping up to four and a family suite. All rooms have coffee making facilities, colour television, hair dryer and toiletries.

Strenneth is a well established, family run business, situated in unspoiled countryside just a short drive from Bressingham Gardens and the picturesque market town of Diss. Offering first class accommodation, the original 17th Century building has been carefully renovated to a high standard with a wealth of exposed oak beams and a newer single storey courtyard wing. There is ample off road parking and plenty of nice walks near by. All seven bedrooms, including a Four Poster and an Executive, are tastefully arranged with period furniture and distinctive beds.
