Stay: La Ville Oreux. Spacious, one bedroom, ground floor apartment - pets welcome – no children

Location: La Ville Oreux, Pluduno department 22 Brittany
The apartment is situated 40 minutes drive west of the port of St Malo. It is less than 10 minutes drive from the Brittany coastline with a number of year round dog friendly beaches available. Woodland walks are no more than a stones throw away and the region features several lakes, forests and nature reserves all within easy travelling distance of the apartment.

Apartment:
Kitchen Diner 5.5m x 3.5m. Fitted cupboards, gas cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine ( not for dogs bedding or beach towels please) ironing board and iron, hoover etc.
Living Room 3.5m X 3.5m. UK TV and Radio.
Bathroom 3m x 2.5m. Bath and shower, separate WC.
Bedroom 3.5m x 3.5m. Double room.
Central oil fired heating with radiators throughout. All rooms save for the bathroom are south facing with large luminous windows on to a central gravelled courtyard.
Garden 12m x 15m. Situated on the opposite side of the courtyard, fenced and for the use of residents only. South facing patio area with the rest laid to lawn, BBQ and garden furniture supplied. The central courtyard is fenced with a large gated entrance with shared access.
Exercise Paddock. Nearly two acres.
Fenced grassed exercise paddock with shared access for residents use. Dogs are not to be left unattended in the garden or exercise area.

Services:
Pet Bed Laundry. Standard loads may be washed in our pet laundry facilities on request 3 euros per load.
Grooming. Professional grooming, wash and brush up or full groom by request usual rates.
Pet Visiting. By prior arrangement, should you wish to go out and need your dogs exercised or let out whilst you are away this can be arranged POA.
Vet Visit - Pets Passport. As an inclusive part of your holiday and in-conjunction with Cani-Excel, we can offer assistance with ensuring correct documentation and a valid pets passport before departure from the UK and for de-ticking and de-worming paperwork from France including help with vets appointments etc.
Security and Loss
Included in the rental price for your pet, a Cani–Excel pet tag with 24 hour monitored phone number in case of loss whilst abroad.
